Nature is a solar shelter that has minimal ground level impact, but is still able to collect large amounts of solar energy.

The form has been derived from the shape of the African acacia tree. They have wide, flat canopies with very little vegetation underneath so they work perfectly for shade and shelter.

The shelters are able to create energy for local street furniture (lighting), kiosk and other amenities, as well as being adapted to set up new charge points for electric cars.

Nature can work as a singular piece or in a series to create autonomous public areas. The power generated can either be used locally or be fed back into the grid. They will also have the ability to be planted at an angle to maximise potential solar gain.
